Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the lift industry, including commercial and residential sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and developers to promote company products and services.
- Understand client needs and requirements and propose customized lift solutions to meet their specifications.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and sales presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
